I was discussing with snake that lately ive noticed that alot of players including some ops have perfected the art of hopping and shooting..... And ive also noticed that on average , when someone hops and shoots 9 times out of 10 i get killed....

Ive been on uan server and there admin actually ban bunny hoppers do to the fact that doin this technique of hopping like a retard gives u an advantage.......

Now i do realize that when someone is shooting at me i can go prone on demand....... but realistically ,,, that is what should happen.... hit the fucken ground and shoot back.....

I dont think id start bouncing around like i got someone biting me in the ass...

So i guess my point is ,,, I think uan server has a good ideal of kicking bunny hoppers... And i think that this server should do the same....
Any feedback would be welcome..... That means dont be shy and share your opinions... Even if u are a bunny lover......

Bunny hopping isnt a skill.... Its a technique to avoid being shot...... Its lame and gay.... Get some skill instead of looking like a rabbit...

I see your point....but ive played against u alot,and i really havnt noticed u doin it alot.... i mean there are some that hop every time.... one is from the elite clan i believe,, and people were telling him stop bunny hoppy u freak,,, and one of our ops mc monty who has perfected it..... And i think some people see what they are doin and are starting to do the same... But on the other hand light-weight class cannot win in the long range fight(in most cases).in other words, for those who do not understand I’ll say more specifically… hopping is one of the only advantages that light-weight classes(or they are also called close range classes)have. If you want to ban people for hopping then we must do it for using AK-47 and similar weapons too.
Even simpler: if you want to take off the advantage of mp5 over ak-47 in a close range, then you should take off the advantage of ak-47 over mp5 in the long range. As simple as that.

And there is alot of servers out there that are plotting against all our furry friends..... Thats one thing i can say about the uan server..... I never ever get killed by bunny hoppers because its not allowed.,,,, And even toobers cant shoot for 15 sec from spawning or see ya later. Im assuming that is for all the smaller maps where the tubers like to hit the spawn area....

Firstly if i wanted to hop around a map - id play frogger... Who is there right mind would want to hop around when u are playing a war game.....Are u serious....

Secondly i believe the jumping style everyone wants to keep on this server is to compensate for the lack of skill one has....
I never said to ban camping , toobing..,, or even massive nading.... But the hopping has to stop....
Ive been around along time playing.... Ive seen it all .... Played with alot of good guys out there........ from olw, s-7 ,X , inf... But nothing is worse than playing against someone who has to resort to hopping to compete with other....... It really can take the fun out of a game for alot of people.... It is not flaw in the game to begin with. Such "flaw" can be fixed within a second and if developers wanted they would fix that anytime. They haven&#39;t yet? Oh ,no... I wonder why... such an obvious flaw. How to fix? Have you ever played CS? Tried hoping there? That&#39;s how(if never played... in CS when you just and move in general the bullet dispersion becomes so crazy that you cannot possibly hit someone). If you haven&#39;t noticed yet THIS GAME IS UNREALISTIC by definition. Do you honestly think you can shoot de-eagle or ak47 that fast in reality? Most of the weapons in game are extremely unrealistic to begin with... this game almost completely ingnores real strenght of recoil. Do you think you can possibly run that fast when you are carrying RPG and machine gun? That&#39;s funny... I guess the answer will be "yes"?

But anyway, haven’t seen any DECENT server banning players for hopping so far. Also haven’t seen any good reason for that expressed here. Not a single one.

Last question: assume that you cannot jump anymore. and from that, on wolfenstien its like, its more about dodging bullets than cover or anything, prone will kill you quick, and hopping in circles will make you live... kinda lame, but games really "arcade" like unreal tourny... sorta

anyway, im soooooo used to that i cant possibly adapt correctly to not jump... but seriously, on cod4 jumping helps not get shot, like 2 pts, and on wolfenstien, like 10pts outta 10 .... True Combat Elite mod for wolf ; 0.2 pts

speaking of which, if any1 of you wants to try it out, its got worse graphics than cod4, but its okay. the gameplay is AWESOME! really tactical , realisticish... more so than cod4 at least. and its entirely free!

lol the Wolfenstein: Enemy-territory is one of THE shooter games, its made by a counter-strike-clan many years ago. No developer wanted to buy the franchise so theyve put it on the net for free. Guess what? big succes, one of most played games ever, they are 1000&#39;s of maps for it (also alot of trick/jump maps). Now after five years of succes Activision decided to take it on them and made Enemy-Territory: Quake Wars, ok its a good game but you need like 20 bullets to kill one residentevilzombielookalike-mofo. And once again, ET is nothing like CoD, i would still say the good old Wolfenstein: ET is better than all CoD serie&#39;s compared to gameplay.

Its impossible to call it a CoD 4: modern warfare wannabe, since it came on out on 29 may 2003 and the first Call of Duty came out on 29 octobre 2003. (both 29, there is no such thing as coincidence, they are both great games)

but was a beta for more than a year i think
and has shoot-thruable doors and wood and thin walls.

but a map maker could make everything! destructable...in theory... and i have made a map for it with alot of destuctable objects.... but the engine is limited to like 256 # of &#39;entities&#39; you can use which is a real shame...

or maybe its 512... i dont remember ... but to make EVerything destructable on a decent size map it would take like...idk 5000+ entities
