ok for any of you with PB kick issues here is a copy of an Updated PB folder, just download and replace yours with this one and u should be good, so for all of you not so technically incline, this is what i mean
download the file from this link, un-rar it, then copy the folder and paste it on this directory C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare.
this of course assuming you installed Cod 4 on its default directory, if not, just replace the C:\ for the correct drive letter
