JointOps server Lagging very bad

Hi all,

Last night and now the server is lagging.
I keep getting the message [Connection Interrupted] while playing.
Looks like I take on step forward and trown 1 step back.

I wasn't the only one having this problem, very many complained also.
On other servers I could play without this problem.

What is wrong with the server?

NOt sure i am having it too i will talk to the host and see what is going on. Yesterday they were updating the server all day long that is why it was laggie

Yeah I was wondering why the server was empty. I found out why when I joined and trying walking around. I&#39;d walk like 15 feet then get jolted back to where I pretty much started from.

Well the EFF server has been lagging very bad lately for some reason ... i think it may well be a PB related issue seeing as though your community and my community keep PB updated as much as possible... There are very big lag spikes, or a lot of jolting around on both my servers and well last nigth, as fiery said yours.

Me and the clan leaders are stunned by it, we just can&#39;t work out why the server is lagging so much. Its stupid http://www.flyingright.net/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif

To SnakeDoc & other admins:
At first I thought that it was my system (PC, router, etc.) that causes the Connection Interruptions.
But at the same time I could play normal on most other servers.
On the other hand the same problem also occured to me on some other servers during the last month.
So perhaps it&#39;s a known problem in Admin Land.

Hope there is an answer to this.

im sure Snake is working on this as we post, and im sure he will post and answer soon as to what the problem was and what was/is needed to get the problem resolved. so all we ask is hang in there and try to deal with it as best u can.

I noticed that every 30 minutes everybody in the server lags for half a minute. Then afterwards I see a barrage of comments like "WTF JUST HAPPENED?" and "LAAAAGGGG".
