Going Legal????

Ok guys with all the punkbuster updates lately and the trouble with some issues on the server and corrupt packets. I think PB may have finally got us and unless we all want to install a program to run on this server it is about that time. I also think in the long run it would be better being that if we were legal on that server we could stream to PB and it will update the ban list auto and running everything like we are suppost to. What i need to know here is. WHO in our nice community here would go legal with the server. Only reason I ask is because I know I myself is legal but Angel is not and I just like a few others would actaully have to go buy a new copy.

This site (http://d2cdkeyshop.com/) sells cd-keys only so it is cheaper than buying the full game. A few RA guys used it to get legit cd-keys for CoD2 but they have CoD4 and lots of other games.

Well as I said a few RA tried it for CoD2 and they got working keys...one of them at first got an invalid one but he emailed them back and they sent him another one that worked. There are probably other sites around that do this too but this is the only one I could find.

If those people truly enjoy the server and cod4 they will go legit. in my opinion we will be driving more hackers out of the server therefor less worrying.

i for one have more than enjoyed my copy of cod4, the 69.00+ tax i paid for my collectors editon copy was more than worth it, i have had a lot of fun in return wich is priceless, one could argue "well i had the same experience too and i did not pay shit" but i want IW to keep developing the game and i want them to have the resources to produce the game, and the only way to ensure that is to actually support the game, how u ask? buying it, is that simple, we all love the game, we all know we are going to be playing for months and months to come, why not support the developer and say, hey i love your work, here is my support, keep it up.
i dont wanna sound prechy or anything, is just my humble opinion, dont get me wrong the Call Of Duty franchise is the only piece of software on my home wich i have paid for everything else is just cracked, and i mean everything.

Well said. I had to save up for months too and it was all from hard earned cash. Also if u can afford buying a pc that runs cod4, than u should have enough to buy the game.

I absolutely love your server and I am a cracked player. If for any reason the server did go legit I would be more than willing to go and buy a legit copy and I think that would go for anyone else that is truly into the server and the game. (weed out the bad eggs) lol
